Refund Policy

Return Policy

At this time, FunkMunk follows a no-return policy for delivered products. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong product

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and details carefully before completing their purchase.

Damaged Product Claims

If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly review the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution.

To report a damaged product, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

  • A continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened

  • Clear visibility of the damage in the same video

This video helps us verify that the damage occurred during transit. Unfortunately, claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Replacement or Refund

Once the damage claim is verified and approved, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement of the product (if the item is available in stock), or

  • Refund to the original payment method

If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this time, cancellation may not be possible as order processing may have already started.

Policy Integrity

To maintain fairness for all customers, FunkMunk reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
